Each piece is handmade to order, with your chosen message translated into Morse code using gemstones and metal beads.
  • Gemstones: Grade A natural gemstones and genuine pearls, depending on your selection.
  • Metal: Sterling silver or gold vermeil.
  • Personalisation: Letters and numbers, up to 10 characters.
As our gemstones are natural, slight variations in colour and appearance are part of their unique beauty.
Delivery & Returns

Each piece is handmade to order within 4–5 working days.
UK Delivery
We currently ship within the UK. Delivery times are additional to our making time and depend on the shipping service selected at checkout.
Returns
As each piece is personalised, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.
If your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can put things right.

Warranty & Repairs
1-Year Warranty
Every Viannelle piece is handmade with care. We offer a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, including faulty clasps, chains and workmanship.
Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear or improper care.
If you experience an issue, please contact us with your order number and photos. We'll be happy to help.
