Warranty & Repairs
1-Year Warranty
Every Viannelle piece is handmade with care. We offer a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, including faulty clasps, bead connections and workmanship.
Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear or improper care.
